Hautelook is having a pretty nifty deal right now. They are having a decent selection of Betsey Johnson for $16.00-$50.00! Keep in mind that shipping is about $6.95 per order, however it's free  if you spend $100 or more!

Here are a few I spotted:

Sweet and Romantic Summer Makeup Tutorial Feat. the Vice Palette

Today I pulled out my Urban Decay Vice palette for the first time. I honestly use far more of my less expensive cosmetics than I do my high-end stuff, and I had completely forgotten I had this. I saw a few shades that I thought would look gorgeous together, and here's the tutorial!

Step 1: Prime your eyelids. I'm using the Elf Primer and Liner Sealer.

Step 2: I then applied the shade Freebird all over my lids and stopped right at the crease.

Step 3: I then applied Laced in my crease and blended upwards.

Step 4: I then applied Desperation to the outer part of my crease. I blended upwards and outwards.

Step 5: I then applied Anonymous under my brow as a highlight.

Step 6: I then applied a brown gel liner. This one is from the Music Flower Eyeliner Palette. I chose to do a cat eye.

Step 7: I then applied a white liner to my waterline. This one was a cheap no-name brand one from Walgreens.

Step 8: I then applied a black mascara. The one I'm using is the Elf Mineral Infused Mascara.

Step 9: For the pop of color on my cheeks, I applied Elf's Mineral Pressed Blush in Sweet Retreat.

Step 10: To finish off the look, I applied a pale frosty pink lippie. The one I used here was Mac's Politely Pink.

This look is perfect for Summer! My guy totally dug it, so I think I'll wear it this weekend with a cute sundress! What do you guys think?

My Fave Products of The Week!

I thought I'd start a series of posts about what products I'm grabbing more often than others each week. I have a HUGE arsenal of makeup, and I love variety, so I use all sorts of brands and colors. This past week I've been reaching for these guys:

Elf Baked Blush in Rich Rose
MAC Matte Lipstick in Velvet Teddy
Urban Decay Naked 3
Smashbox Full Exposure Mascara
Elf Glitter Primer
Elf Radiance Enhancer in Sunrise
Urban Decay 24/7 Eyeliner in Twice Baked

These items look pretty amazing together. The Elf Radiance Enhancer in Sunrise absolutely compliments the Urban Decay Naked 3 palette as if they were made to be used in conjunction with one another. The MAC lipstick in Velvet Teddy has a nice nude and matte shade that complements the gorgeous soft shimmer of the Elf Baked Blush in Rich Rose as well. Have you guys tried any of these products? If so, which ones did you enjoy?

Smoky Glam Eyeshadow Tutorial Feat. Too Faced's The Return Of Sexy

Awwww yisss! I am a complete SUCKER for glitter--I love it so much that I would wear it all over myself every day of my life...if I had enough products to do so. I first saw this palette at Sephora and thought it looked so pretty...I was with my boyfriend and I didn't want to act out just how excited I was, so I swatched one shade, said "oooooh that's pretty!" and walked on past it. Well I ended up getting a VERY good deal on it a while back on the Home Shopping Network, so when it came...I swatched all of the colors and this was my first tutorial I made using it. I will say that it's gorgeous, but the one thing I really don't like about it is how grainy the shadows feel. It was something that I didn't remember from when I swathed it. It is a nice palette, but because some of the product feels harsh and grainy, I won't be reaching for it as much as I would have if all of the shades were of a nice and smooth consistency. Anyways, on to the tutorial!

Step 1:
Prime your Peepers! Since this product has glitter in it, I opted for Elf's Glitter Primer.

Step 2:
I used the silver shade on my eyelid, up to my crease.

Step 3:
I used a black cream liner from my Music Flower palette that is a dupe for the Makeup Forever Black Tango palette to create my "crease."

Step 4:
Because cream eyeliner tends to dry VERY quickly, I used my finger to blend the black liner upwards and outwards a bit.

Step 5:
I then applied the black shadow from the palette and patted it directly on top of the black liner. I blended it upwards and outwards as well, using the liner as a stencil/guide.

Step 6:
I then used the Lightest Silver in that compartment for my brow bone. This made a really pretty highlight shade that complemented this look.

Step 7:
I then used the same black gel liner from earlier and created a winged cat eye line along my lash line. I also lined a third of my lower lash line as well.

Step 8:
I then lined my waterline with the Too Faced Perfect Black Liner that came with the Palette.

Step 8: I then applied a black mascara. The one that I used was a deluxe sample of Smashbox Full Exposure.

The Finished Product:

So what do you guys think about this palette? What color combinations have you tried?

Easy Workday Makeup Tutorial

I'll be honest--I LOVE wearing makeup to work. I like to present myself as a well-groomed and put-together kinda gal. There's no way I'd show up to work looking like I normally do typing up these blog posts. (I'm sure you can easily picture this: Me sitting Native-American style on a vanity bench with my computer in front of me, hair a HUGE wreck and in half-assed bun, wearing a pair of old pink plaid ladie's boxer-styled shorts, an overly large shirt that I will NEVER wear out of the house, Crest White Strips on my teeth with my mouth slightly open so that it looks like I'm REALLY bitter and pissed off, with some sort of snack--chips, cookies or whatever and a Monster energy drink within arm's reach) I like to look nice. Appearance means quite a bit in the work place. I'm not fond of just going out in public looking like hell, even though I do so sometimes. So I like to mess around and come up with  well-put together looks. Low and behold y'all, here's another one for you guys! (Just to let you know, I don't really say "y'all" in real life. Not that there's anything wrong with just feels weird when I actually SAY it)

Step 1: Prime your eyelids!!!!! Prime, prime, PRIME! I'm using Elf's Glitter Primer because it's pretty shweet.

Step 2: Apply a Crease shade that's matte and pinkish-brown. I'm using Elf's Mineral Eyeshadow in Temptress. Blend it upwards and outwards!

Step 3: Use a soft shimmery white highlighting shade for your brow bone. I'm using Elf's Smudge Pot in Pearls of's gorgeous AND it stays put!

Step 4: Apply a very light purple-pink shade to the inner two-thirds of your eyelids. I'm using Elf's Mineral Eyeshadow in Girly.

Step 5: Take a shimmery medium brown eyeshadow and apply it to the outer corner of your eyelid as well as on the outer third of your crease. Blend. I'm using Elf's Mineral Eyeshadow in Caffeinated.

Step 6: Line your upper and lower lash lines with a bronze liner. I am using Elf's Essential Smudge Pot in Brownie Points as a liner.

Step 7: Line your waterline with a deep brown liner. I'm using a brown Liner by Lancome.

Step 8: Coat your lashes with a black mascara. I'm using Elf's Mineral Infused Mascara which is my favorite mascara EVER.

The Finished Look!

And there you have it! Have any of you tried these products? Which is your fave?
