Woo! My first giveaway!

Alright everyone! I am going to try to do one every other week, or monthly...it just depends on how much free time I have to spare! This giveaway is for ELF's Defining Mascara. Rules are below: 1. Starry Blue Look Featuring Elf's NYC Baked Eyeshadow Palette

These baked palettes are my new FAVE makeup item. So, I decided to play around with the NYC palette and I came up with this tutorial for you all. I hope that you enjoy it! Alright, Step 1: Prime your eyelids. :) This holds the color fast, and makes it more true to color. Step 2: Take an eyeshadow brush and pick up some product from the dark Blue shade. Step 3: Dab the product all over your lid and on the fold of your eyelid. This doesn't have to be perfect, we will be blending soon. :) Step 4: Dab your eyeshadow brush in the silver color that is directly above the blue shade in the palette. Make sure you get a decent amount of product on your brush. Step 5: Now take the brush, and dab the silver color all over the inner part of your eyelid. You will be applying this directly over the blue color, and it's supposed to be that way. ONLY go halfway across the eyelid.
