Starry Blue Look Featuring Elf's NYC Baked Eyeshadow Palette

These baked palettes are my new FAVE makeup item. So, I decided to play around with the NYC palette and I came up with this tutorial for you all. I hope that you enjoy it! Alright, Step 1: Prime your eyelids. :) This holds the color fast, and makes it more true to color.
Step 2: Take an eyeshadow brush and pick up some product from the dark Blue shade.
Step 3: Dab the product all over your lid and on the fold of your eyelid. This doesn't have to be perfect, we will be blending soon. :)
Step 4: Dab your eyeshadow brush in the silver color that is directly above the blue shade in the palette. Make sure you get a decent amount of product on your brush.
Step 5: Now take the brush, and dab the silver color all over the inner part of your eyelid. You will be applying this directly over the blue color, and it's supposed to be that way. ONLY go halfway across the eyelid. Half will be silver-blue, the other half (Outer half of eyelid) will be blue.
Step 6: Using a crease brush, grab the dark silver color 2 spots down from the blue. Get a good amount of product on the brush, and lightly go along your outer crease over the very top of the blue. You can bring a little bit of the dark grey/silver color along your crease about 1/3 of the way across the length of your lid, or halfway. It's up to you. Use this brush in a small upward circle motion to blend the dark silver/grey color and blue upwards where there isn't any eyeshadow.
Step 7: Take the lightest color in the palette (A white glittery shade) and fill in the area from the brow bone all the way down to the blue below, and blend the where they meet.
Step 8: Use Makeup Lock and Seal and an eyeliner brush on the blue eyeshadow shade. Run along your bottom lashes to about the middle of your eyes(Not on your waterline, but just beneath it). If you do not know how to use the Makeup Lock and Seal, you can find a tutorial here on my blog.)
Step 9: Use a cream eyeliner (I'm using ELF's in Black) To line your your upper lashes. Line waterline as well. (I'm using the studio Kohl eyeliner by ELF)
Step 10: Finish the sultry look with a mascara. (I'm using ELF's Volume Plumping Mascara)And there you have it! :DI hope you enjoyed this tutorial!
