I wore this out the other night and had quite a few compliments on this look, so I thought I would share this with you all. :)
What you will need:
Step 2: Take Elf's Studio Eyeshadow in Sea Blue and apply to the eyelid, up to the crease.
Step 3: Take Elf's Studio Eyeshadow in Saddle, and apply to the crease, as well as to the outer corner of your eyelids. Blend well.
Step 4: Using your fingertips, apply Elf's Long-lasting Lustrous Eyeshadow in Celebration to the center of the blue shade on your eyelids. Blend outwards left and right.
Step 5: Apply the Elf Studio Eyeshadow in Butter Cream to your brow bone as a highlight.
Step 6: Apply an eyeliner, such as Elf's Studio Cream Eyeliner in Black on your upper lash line. I always wing mine, but you can do whatever you want.
Step 7: Apply Elf's Mascara Primer.
Step 8: Coat your eyelashes with a good mascara such as Elf's 3-in-1 Mascara.
And there you have it!

- Elf Studio Eyeshadow in Saddle
- Elf Long-Lasting Lustrous Eyeshadow in Celebration
- Elf Studio Eyeshadow in Butter Cream
- Elf Studio Cream Eyeliner in Black
- Elf Mascara Primer
- Elf 3-in-1 Mascara
- Elf Studio Kohl Eyeliner
Step 6: Apply an eyeliner, such as Elf's Studio Cream Eyeliner in Black on your upper lash line. I always wing mine, but you can do whatever you want.
